Some people are able to attract others like a magnet and influence them, often without even realizing it. We usually call such people charismatic. But what makes such attractiveness possible? Generally, a person becomes attractive to others through a combination of their psychological qualities and character traits, as well as how they present themselves socially.
The word "charisma" comes from the Greek for "gift of grace". This term is often used in Christian theology, and in psychology, the term "charisma of personality" was introduced by the German scientist Max Weber only in 1904. But today the religious meaning has faded into the background, and "charisma" has become an everyday word used to describe someone's personality.
Initially, it was believed that the concept of "charisma" was directly related to a person's high self-esteem. That is, people with average or low self-esteem were thought to have no charisma. But today, many researchers believe that everyone has charisma. So why do we consider some people charismatic and others not? It turns out that our charisma can take different forms and manifest itself in different degrees. For some people, our type of charisma may be attractive, but for others it may not.
Some are attracted by kindness and the ability to unite, others by leadership qualities and inspiration, others by knowledge and skills. The more of these charisma types you combine, the more people will be drawn to you. This test evaluates the main traits characteristic of the four main types of charisma. Take it and find out what type of charisma you have!
