Creativity Test

What is creativity?

Creativity is the ability to find an extraordinary solution, the ability to think outside the box, and generate new ideas. We usually call creative people those who are able to offer something new using their creative potential, and not using memorized knowledge. In the general sense of the word, creativity involves the use of imagination not only in business or science, but also in any area of everyday life.

Today, creativity is becoming a very important competency for almost any industry, so HR specialists are paying more and more attention to assessing the creative abilities of potential employees.

How creative are you?

Some people are more inclined to creative thinking than others. But why does this happen and is it possible to measure how creative a person is before they are faced with real problems?

Dr. Frank Williams believed that this can be done by assessing four key personality traits that contribute to the development of creativity. These are curiosity, imagination, a tendency to solve complex problems, and a tendency to take risks. The higher your scores on these scales, the more creative you are and the greater your ability to find an unconventional solution to a complex problem.
